The cost structure for Hosts per guest varies: • 1-5 guests NO CHARGE • 6-20 guests: $9 each • 21-50 guests: $7 each • 51-100 guests: $6 each • 101 or more guests: $5 each

Easy! We don't want you to part with your money if you're not sure how Popup Audio works for your events. Simply download the app, register and set up an event as a HOST with 1-5 guests. You will not be charged for this and you can enjoy the full functionality of the app. Your test Guests will also need to download the app and register before they can join your test event. We suggest using PRIVATE event mode for tests. You will need to share the event ID with your participants so that they can join the audio.

Absolutely! Once you've signed up with Popup Audio, you'll have the opportunity to either join an event or become a HOST. Fees apply for HOSTs, which are based on the number of participants per event. 

For HOSTs, you'll need a mobile phone (either Android or iOS) and wireless headphones equipped with a microphone (such as Apple AirPods or similar). Additionally, a stable internet connection/wifi/mobile data  is necessary. For GUESTs, the requirements are similar: a mobile phone (Android or iOS), wireless headphones (like Apple AirPods or similar), and a reliable mobile data connection. 4G and above is suitable.

Popup Audio is suitable for events where loudspeakers, amplification and music aren't permitted, or where external noises would detract from the experience. From stargazing to beer tastings and everything in-between. Initially created for group outdoor yoga and meditation. Perfect for any guided experience with a group.

Zero Zero Zero Footprint events are sustainable events. We only use what everyone already owns and use the internet that is available. There is no additional infrastructure required to host an immersive experience.
